Admission Policy

Parents are to purchase an Admission Form which includes a Handbook for students and parents. In accepting to admit your child or ward into the school, parents do so on condition that:

  1. A term’s notice of intention to withdraw ward is sent to the school Head.
  2. They pay their ward’s fees either in full or in part at the beginning of every term in accordance with the school’s fees schedule.
  3. A student may be sent home without notice for failure to pay fees as scheduled.
  4. A student will accept any disciplinary action, be it being sent home for violating any of our school rules or summary dismissal.
  5. The school will inform parents of their wards’ disciplinary record in the school. If need be, parents will be invited to help address disciplinary issues concerning their wards.
  6. Parents will accept to repeat their wards in case of less than average academic performance or poor attendance record.
  7. Parent will accept that their wards may not be registered if they fail to pay up registration fees, including school fees for the West African Senior School Certificate Examinations (WASSCE) or the Basic Education Certificate Examinations (BECE).
  8. Student may be withdrawn for non-payment of school fees or for major misconduct of breach of school rules and regulations.
  9. Students will be surcharged with any breakages or damages of school property.
  10. Parents are advised not to interfere with the education of their girl-child, especially with respect to child marriage throughout their stay in the school.
  11. The school will take all the appropriate steps to safeguard the interest of the girl-child, especially when it has to do with child marriage.
